Overview

8 caregivers came plus 3 Kiwanians (Darcie, Tish, & Matt) for total 23 present.

ATTENDEES

Only 12 bowling members today with 3 no shows hence paid for extra lane not needed today.

Service

Father’s Day cards were distributed to everyone so to complete one for their dad.

Social

Keep bowling, talking, emailing, gathering, dining, etc.

For June we acknowledge Collin Schindler 32 on June 17th and Andrew Young 33 on June 26th.

Service Projects

For those who can, July 4th we will join the Kiwanis Club of Kirkland by helping them decorate their float about 10 AM and walk in the parade. Details to be emailed close to the event date as information becomes available.

Venue Change

1. September 17th will be our last opportunity for bowling at Tech City Bowl as it is closing for property redevelopment by a new owner, see HERE.
2. October 15th maybe? Darci’s inquiry with Kenmore Laned, see HERE, about starting bowling there is still in process. Email Darcie about what times on the 3rd Saturday would work best for you?

What’s Next?

June 18th Meeting – Tech City Bowl opens at 12PM noon, so our Saturday check-in is 12:15 PM, and bowling is 12:30 to 1:30 PM. The cost is $12 per bowler. Each lane rate is now $44/hour plus tax, 4 per lane. Masks are now optional.
